Running an MLB franchise is a challenging job! There are many factors to supervise: balancing the team budget, maintaining player morale, signing new players, keeping up with your GM goals, and more. These Franchise responsibilities are divided into three sections: Coaching, Player Development, and General Manager. When creating a franchise, distribute these tasks between yourself and your staff by setting them to Auto or Manual. Tasks can quickly be reassigned at any time.
